Privacy policy

This policy covers yiplinks.com, the YipLinks website. The YipLinks app has its own privacy policy, shown in the app. YipLinks is run by one person, Connor Dolan, in California.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you sign up for updates.
• Anonymous, aggregate visit counts from Vercel Web Analytics: pages viewed, referring site, country, and device type. It uses no cookies and does not identify you or follow you across sites.
• Standard server logs kept briefly by our host, Vercel, for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or any third-party trackers.

Why we collect it

Your email is used only to send occasional updates about YipLinks: new features, beta openings and similar news. Nothing else.

Who handles it

Emails are stored and sent by Brevo, our email service, which is based in France. Signing up sends you a confirmation email; you are only added once you click the link in it. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both act on our behalf and may not use your information for their own purposes.

We never sell your data

We do not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we never will.

Your choices

• Every update email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you are off the list.
• To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email connordolan47@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days, and you will not be treated differently for asking.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for analytics or advertising, so there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask first.

Children

YipLinks is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Big changes will be announced by email.
